A simple app that logs visitors and allows for check in and check out utilizing a SharePoint list as a data source. Made for Windows tablets in kiosk mode, this user interface is meant to be intuitive with large font to be easily readable.
Sign In Screen
A form with straightforward questions with the option to specify a meeting with a specific staff member via a drop down menu
Log Screen
Quickly gives the user a summary view of all visitors for the day in case of an emergency.
Sign Out Screen
Allows visitors to sign out at the end of their visit. Also allows front desk staff to sign out for them.
Confirmation Screen
Simple confirmation screen with a timer that will navigate back to the Home Screen at timer-end.
